Frequently Asked Questions

STEP 1,

Go to HERE and sign in if you aren't already. You will need to Create a Steam account if you do not already have one.

STEP 2,

Once logged into Steam, please enter your unique Wallet code that you received into the “Steam Wallet Code” field.

STEP 3,

Click "Continue" to redeem the credit onto your account. Note: If you have never used Steam Wallet credit on your account, you may be prompted to enter your current address to determine the correct currency.

STEP 4,

The value of the Steam Wallet code will be added to your account's Steam Wallet balance. The current available balance will be listed in the upper right hand corner next to [Your username]'s Account.

STEP 1,

Go to HERE and sign in if you aren't already. You will need to Create a Garena account if you do not already have one.

STEP 2,

Once logged into Garena, please enter your unique Garena Prepaid Card Password that you received into the “Garena Prepaid Card Password” field.

STEP 3,

Click "Confirm" to redeem the credit onto your account. You can also gift it to your friend using their Garena username account.

STEP 4,

The value of the Garena Shells credit will be added to your account's Garena balance. After you successful redeemed.

STEP 1,

Go to HERE and sign in if you aren't already. You will need to Create a Gameclub account if you do not already have one.

STEP 2,

Once logged into Gameclub, Enter your e-Pin / Prepaid Card Number with Password, then Submit.

STEP 3,

Click "Submit" button to redeem the credit onto your account. 

STEP 4,

The value of the Ecoins credit will be added to your account's Gameclub balance. After you successful redeemed.

Go to HERE and sign in if you aren't already. You will need to Create a PlayPark account if you do not already have one.

STEP 2,

Once logged into PlayPark, Enter your e-Pin / Card Serial Number Code with Password, then Submit.

STEP 3,

Click "TOPUP" button to redeem the credit onto your account. 

STEP 4,

The value of the PlayPark credit will be added to your account's PlayPak balance. After you successful redeemed.
