Cignal Reload E-Pins
For easy loading, register your Cignal account to your mobile phone:
1. Text CIGNAL REG <Cignal Account No.>
2. No need to re-type your account no. when loading. Just text CIGNAL <PIN>
3. For both commands, send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers.
To load Cignal account not registered to your mobile phone:
1. Text CIGNAL <PIN> <Cignal Account Number> and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers.
2. You will receive a text message confirming your request.
To inquire about load expiry:
1. Text CIGNAL EXP <Cignal Account No.> and send to 5353 for SMART and SUN subscribers
2. You will receive a text message on the expiry date of your load.
